Driving sustainability and reform together

Our strategy for 2023–2025 is built around strengthening the community transport sector so that it remains sustainable, accessible, and recognised as an essential service. The strategy wheel highlights the core areas where ACTA focuses its efforts: building capability, forging partnerships, supporting members, and shaping how the sector delivers vital services.

At the heart of the plan is sector sustainability and reform. By working with government, suppliers, partners, and our members, we aim to influence policy, share best practice, and create lasting improvements in service delivery. This approach ensures that the sector not only meets today’s challenges but is positioned to thrive into the future.
